This opportunity supports early-career independent investigators (Scholars) to join the Neurofibromatosis Research Academy and conduct research projects in neurofibromatosis (NF), including basic, translational, or clinical research (excluding clinical trials). The Scholar Award aims to foster the next generation of NF researchers through a collaborative, mentored environment, providing both research funding and structured career development. Projects must address at least one of the FY26 Neurofibromatosis Research Program (NFRP) Areas of Emphasis and align with the program’s mission to improve understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of NF and schwannomatosis.
