Description
The PhRMA Foundation’s Drug Discovery Faculty Starter Grant supports early-career scientists in drug discovery and contributes to the Foundation’s goal of sustaining the scientific workforce. Its broader grant and fellowship programs aim to develop researchers who will work in industry, become academic partners to industry, and train the workforce on which the biopharmaceutical industry relies.
The Foundation is strategically adjusting its grant portfolio and restructuring resources to maximize their long-term impact.
