--- ## Description The Durham Cerebral Palsy Foundation Fund is an endowed fund managed by the Triangle Community Foundation to assist children (birth to 18 years) in North Carolina living with cerebral palsy. Originally providing grants to individuals for one-time services and equipment, the fund shifted in 2017 to awarding block grants to nonprofits for purchasing equipment or covering one-time medical expenses.
