--- ## Description This award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and creativity in the management of chemical research, particularly within industrial or government settings. Honorees are celebrated for their ability to motivate research teams, manage projects successfully, and make impactful decisions regarding R&D project selection, resource allocation, and accountability.
