This program recruits early-career researchers to serve as peer reviewers for grant proposals submitted to the William T. Grant Foundation, specifically for studies focused on improving the use of research evidence to benefit youth (ages 5–25) in the United States. Participants receive personalized feedback from Foundation staff, access to redacted reviews from senior reviewers, and training in proposal evaluation. The experience is designed to strengthen reviewers’ understanding of peer review, enhance their grant writing skills, and support their professional development and career advancement.
