The Economic Freedom Audit Fund provides grant funding and virtual mentorship to Atlas Network partner organizations aiming to conduct country-specific assessments of economic freedom. Using the Economic Freedom of the World (EFW) framework, grantees analyze their country's performance across 42 dimensions of economic freedom, receive methodological guidance from the Fraser Institute, and develop actionable policy recommendations. The resulting audit is intended to inform policymakers, support advocacy and communications strategies, and foster local reform initiatives. Grantees are expected to organize a launch event, manage logistics, translate materials as needed, and disseminate a final report with policy recommendations.
