--- ## Description This grant aims to strengthen the European Defence Fund (EDF) National Focal Points (NFP) network by supporting projects that facilitate cross-border cooperation, exchange of best practices, and the continuous improvement of services provided to potential EDF applicants. The action focuses on enhancing the competence and reach of NFPs through joint trainings, twinning arrangements, the creation of shared information resources, and the organisation of matchmaking events. The ultimate goal is to increase the impact and competitiveness of the EU defence industry by supporting innovation and collaborative activities across Member States and EDF Associated Countries. --- ## Due Dates - Only **one project** will be funded under this call --- ## Eligibility - **Who can apply:** - Applicants must be the national support structures hosting the EDF-NFP or the alternate EDF-NFP officially nominated to the Commission by a Member State or EDF Associated Country. - Must be legal entities (public or private bodies) established in: - EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories) - EEA countries associated to the EDF (see official list) - Executive management must be established in eligible countries and not controlled by a non-associated third country/entity (unless specific guarantees are provided and approved). - **Consortium requirements:** - Proposals must be submitted by a consortium of NFP host organisations from **at least 10 different Member States or Associated Countries**. - **Other restrictions:** - Natural persons (except self-employed with no separate legal entity) and most international organisations are not eligible. - **Budget rules:** - Only actual costs are reimbursed (personnel, travel, equipment—depreciation only, other eligible costs). - Indirect costs: 25% flat rate of eligible direct costs (with some exceptions). -
