Description
The EducationUSA Opportunity Funds Program, administered by American Councils for International Education and funded by the U.S. Department of State, supports highly qualified students from Colombia and Ecuador who wish to pursue graduate studies (master’s or doctorate) in the United States. The program offers comprehensive advising and covers essential up-front costs related to the application process, such as standardized test fees, application fees, document translation, visa/SEVIS fees, and one-way airfare. The goal is to assist talented students who demonstrate both academic excellence and financial need, enabling them to access U.S. higher education opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.
