Description
This program seeks proposals for projects in Egypt that leverage U.S. assistance to advance U.S. economic, security, and diplomatic objectives, with a strong emphasis on promoting trade and American enterprise. The priorities span a broad range of sectors including energy development and exports, trade facilitation, emerging technologies (especially AI and telecommunications), critical infrastructure (aviation, transport), critical minerals, regional economic integration, advanced manufacturing, workforce training aligned with U.S. business needs, and economic recovery in conflict-affected areas. Projects must demonstrate clear benefits to U.S. commercial interests, catalyze private capital, and orient implementing partners toward the American business community.
Proposals should be innovative and demonstrate how activities will expand opportunities for U.S. businesses in Egypt, foster durable partnerships, and build institutional capacity.
