Description
This opportunity from the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) funds state, territorial, and Tribal courts to develop, implement, and evaluate programs for the electronic service of protection orders. The pilot aims to modernize the process, improve victim safety, and ensure timely enforcement of protection orders. Funded projects will also develop best practices, ensure due process, and implement technology for tracking and verification. Recipients participate in extensive planning, reporting, and partnership-building to support the program’s long-term viability and potential for nationwide adoption.
