This program funds short-term residencies that bring experienced practitioners of Asian art or cultural practices to ASIANetwork member campuses. The goal is to foster immersive, participatory, and performative learning, enabling students to engage deeply with Asian cultures through direct, hands-on involvement. Activities may include music, dance, arts, contemplative practices, culinary arts, traditional medicine, festivals, crafts, agriculture, and technology. The program encourages integration across academic departments, community outreach, and sharing of resources beyond the host institution. Residencies must last at least two weeks and be directed by faculty hosts.
