Description
The American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) Foundation’s Research & Career Development Awards program provides funding for a broad spectrum of research and career advancement opportunities in hepatology. The program aims to foster scientific innovation and support the career progression of researchers, clinicians, fellows, residents, and advanced practice providers dedicated to studying and treating liver diseases. Since 2000, AASLD Foundation has invested over $60 million in the field, offering multiple award types tailored to career stage and research focus, including basic, clinical, translational, and outcomes research, as well as travel and career development support.
