Description
This opportunity, offered by the U.S. Mission to Egypt, seeks an implementing partner to design and deliver an intensive teacher training program for up to 200 Egyptian university English language teaching assistants, lecturers, and new instructors. The program aims to advance U.S.-Egypt educational partnerships by improving the quality of English language teaching at Egyptian universities, promoting American culture, and integrating contemporary methodologies—including artificial intelligence (AI) tools—into English instruction.
The initiative includes a one-week, 30-hour TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) course delivered in multiple locations (Cairo, Port Said, Luxor), emphasizing interactive and practice-based learning.
