--- ## Description The Energy, Power, Control, and Networks (EPCN) program supports fundamental and applied research in the modeling, optimization, learning, adaptation, and control of networked multi-agent systems and dynamic resource allocation. This includes risk management under uncertainty, subsystem failures, and stochastic disturbances.
