--- ## Description This opportunity aims to support projects that strengthen the enforcement of U.S. and partner sanctions targeting China and Russia. These countries are known to exploit global supply chains and financial systems to acquire proliferation-sensitive goods and technologies, often violating U.S. and international laws.
