This opportunity funds two-year projects led by small organizations to develop the skills and infrastructure needed to engage in patient-centered comparative clinical effectiveness research (CER). The program leverages each organization's unique perspectives to strengthen their capacity as meaningful partners with researchers throughout all phases of the patient-centered CER process. In addition to implementing their proposed project, awardees will participate in a learning network for technical assistance, peer learning, and sharing best practices. The award is designed to foster active, meaningful involvement of patients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare community in the CER enterprise.
