This opportunity funds the implementation of a professional exchange program bringing approximately twelve high-merit educators and policymakers from the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Brunei to the United States. Over a two-week visit in at least two U.S. cities, participants will engage in academic sessions, site visits to leading U.S. AI and EdTech companies, and structured networking with American educators and industry leaders. The program culminates in attendance at SXSW EDU 2027 in Austin, Texas. Each participant will develop an action plan for implementing American-aligned AI and EdTech approaches in their home institutions. The grant includes sustained post-program follow-up to ensure institutionalization of these approaches.
