Description
This grant, offered by the U.S. Mission to Djibouti, funds programs that enhance English language proficiency, workforce readiness, and professional communication skills among Djiboutian youth, educators, entrepreneurs, civil servants, and emerging professionals. The aim is to improve practical English abilities, promote employability and entrepreneurship, foster leadership, and increase understanding of American society, educational opportunities, and professional practices. Successful proposals will help expand access to quality English instruction throughout Djibouti and strengthen people-to-people ties between the U.S. and Djibouti.
