--- ## Description This opportunity, under the PoliRuralPlus initiative, invites proposals to test and validate the JackDaw GeoAI Chatbot—an AI-powered, spatially contextualised conversational tool designed to support smarter, data-driven decision-making in rural and urban development. The call aims to gather structured user feedback and demonstrate JackDaw's added value for policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and regional development across diverse European contexts. Only the JackDaw tool is in scope for this call. --- ## Due Dates - **Call opens:** September 29, 2025 - **Proposal deadline:** December 1, 2025, 17:00 (Brussels time) - **Project implementation:** February – July 2026 (6 months expected duration) --- ## Funding Amount - **Up to €25,000 per project** (lump sum, no overhead) - **Total call budget:** €175,000 - **Number of projects funded:** Approximately 7–15 - **Maximum cumulative support per legal entity (across all PoliRuralPlus calls):** €60,000 - **Payment schedule:** 30% prepayment upon contract signature; 70% after acceptance of deliverables --- ## Eligibility - **Who can apply:** Any legal entity (SMEs, NGOs, public authorities, research organisations, self-employed) with operational and financial capacity. - **Geographic eligibility:** Applicants must be established in an EU Member State or a Horizon Europe Associated Country. - **Single applicant only:** No consortia or joint submissions; one legal entity per application. - **Exclusions:** Current PoliRuralPlus beneficiaries and their affiliates are ineligible.
