Description
This Horizon Europe Innovation Action funds research and innovation projects that develop and implement digital and AI-based solutions to enhance the resilience of multimodal passenger transport systems. The aim is to enable urban, sub-urban, and long-distance transport networks to anticipate, absorb, and recover from disruptions more effectively—using technologies such as generative and discriminative AI, big data analytics, and digital twins. Projects must include real-life validation in multimodal corridors, involving at least three transport modes and pilots in at least three different EU Member States, reflecting diverse operational and geographic contexts. Collaboration with transport authorities and operators is required, and solutions must ensure unbiased, secure, and objective data use, with a strong focus on user-friendliness, safety, and security.
