Enterprise Community Partners is seeking to pre-qualify Maryland state-certified Qualified Energy Professionals (QEP) and experienced firms to deliver property-level energy audits and/or capital needs assessments for multifamily rental properties located within one mile of the Purple Line light rail in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, Maryland. The initiative aims to support property owners—particularly those serving low-income communities—in accessing state energy efficiency and electrification funding, and to inform broader rehabilitation planning. Selected contractors will be paired with property owners to complete comprehensive assessments, advancing energy efficiency and sustainability in the region's multifamily housing.
