Selected contractors will be matched with multifamily rental property owners in the Purple Line corridor (Montgomery and Prince George’s counties, Maryland) to conduct energy audits and capital needs assessments. The goal is to support property owners in their applications for state energy efficiency and electrification funding, and to inform their understanding of property capital needs as part of a broader revitalization initiative.
