Summary: Funds trials for validating advanced 5G-enabled connected mobility services using APIs and enablers in real-world European testbeds.
Key Information: Feasibility Check is mandatory before full proposal submission; 50% of consortium must be industry (SMEs or large companies).
This opportunity supports trials to validate network exposure and programmability as accelerators for developing and deploying 5G-enabled Connected and Automated Mobility (CAM) services and beyond. Projects must utilize northbound standards-compliant APIs and technical enablers provided at three European trial sites, enabling applicants to test and validate their applications in real-world B5G environments. The aim is to expand the use cases and ecosystem supported by the ENVELOPE platform, either by using ENVELOPE-developed APIs/enablers or by designing and validating new standards-compliant APIs/enablers that extend platform functionality. Emphasis is placed on demonstrating the tangible impact and benefits of the solutions post-implementation, with preference for proposals featuring concrete business plans and mature solutions.
