Supports peer-to-peer partnerships to transfer and implement mature personalised medicine solutions between European institutions.

--- ## Description This funding opportunity accelerates the implementation of personalised medicine (PM) solutions across Europe by supporting structured peer-to-peer partnerships ("Twinnings") between institutions. One institution with a mature, innovative PM solution (the "Twinning Donor") partners with one or two institutions aiming to adopt or adapt the solution (the "Twinning Receivers"). The program facilitates knowledge transfer, capacity building, and the adoption of best practices, with partnerships lasting between 6 and 12 months. Activities funded include meetings, travel, and professional services to enable the effective transfer and implementation of PM solutions. --- ## Due Dates - February 26, 2026: Deadline for proposal submissions (full application) --- ## Funding Amount - Maximum funding per Twinning partnership: **€50,000** (lump sum; includes overheads) - Funding is provided in two tranches: 50% pre-payment and 50% after final report approval - Project duration: **6 to 12 months** - Total call budget: **€150,000** Eligible costs include meetings, travel, and professional services directly related to the Twinning activity. Costs for further development of PM solutions, devices, or equipment are not eligible. --- ## Eligibility - **Consortium composition**: Must include one Twinning Donor and at least one (up to two) Twinning Receivers (2–3 institutions total). - **Transnational requirement**: Consortium members must be legally registered in at least two different EU Member States or Horizon Europe associated countries. - **Legal status**: All applicants must be local, regional, or national health and care providers legally registered in eligible countries. - **Independence**: Consortium members must be legally and financially independent of each other. - **Solution maturity**: PM solutions must be mature for implementation (e.g., TRL 9 and CE-marked if required). - **Language**: All applications and activities must be conducted in English. - **Templates**: Applicants must use and upload all required templates provided on the application platform. --- ## Application Process - **Submission**: Applications must be submitted via the [EIT Health Application Platform](https://apply.eithealth.eu/s_Login.jsp). - **Consortium**: Apply as a consortium with required Donor and Receiver(s). - **Evaluation**: Eligibility check, followed by independent expert review and online pitching (April 14–21, 2026). - **Scoring**: Proposals are scored on excellence, impact, implementation, and pitch quality.
