Description
The Essex County Veterans Fund, managed by the Essex County Community Foundation, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of the 30,000 veterans residing in Essex County, Massachusetts. Through two grantmaking rounds in 2026—Honoring Our Veterans and Serving Those Who Served Us—the Fund provides support for initiatives that build community, increase access to vital services, and honor veterans and their families. Focus areas include celebrations and community events, memorials, health and wellness programs, meeting basic needs, transportation, and economic opportunity. The Fund aims to foster collaboration, systemic impact, and equity among organizations serving veterans.
