This professional services contract opportunity seeks an Estuary Program Evaluation Coordinator to lead the San Juan Bay Estuary Partnership's evaluation process under the National Estuary Program (NEP), in collaboration with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Coordinator will organize, document, and facilitate all aspects of the program evaluation, including developing the evaluation package, managing meetings and stakeholder engagement, supporting EPA review, and coordinating the EPA site visit to Puerto Rico. The role is central to ensuring the effectiveness, accountability, and future funding eligibility of restoration actions aimed at improving water quality and ecosystem health within the San Juan Bay Estuary and its watershed.
