--- ## Description This grant supports the planning phase for the design and construction of a new passenger rail station to replace the obsolete and structurally deficient 1950s-era Ettrick station in Virginia. The project aims to meet the needs of current and future passengers, including anticipated growth from the expansion of service along the Richmond to Raleigh corridor.
