--- ## Description This grant aims to strengthen the cybersecurity certification landscape in the EU by supporting entities—specifically Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs)—in acquiring accreditation under the EUCC certification scheme. The initiative is part of the broader "Testing and Certification Capabilities in Slovakia (TestCert-SK)" project and aligns with the DIGITAL-ECCC-2022-CYBER-03-TEST-CERT-CAPABILTIES topic. Funding is intended for projects that enable applicants to become accredited CABs competent to perform certification activities in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation 2024/482 and relevant ISO standards (ISO/IEC 17065 or ISO/IEC 17025). Applicants must submit a detailed project plan outlining their path to accreditation and demonstrating their contribution to the EU cybersecurity ecosystem. --- ## Due Dates - Call opens: July 17, 2025 - Application deadline: September 30, 2025 (18:00 Brussels time) - Project activities expected to conclude by: May 31, 2026 --- ## Funding Amount - Total available funding: €140,000 - Typical grant per project: €20,000 - Eligible costs include: - Accreditation fees (minimum €8,000) - Relevant training for staff (minimum €6,000) - Preparation of documentation and procedures (minimum €6,000) - Funding is provided as a lump sum grant per selected applicant. --- ## Eligibility Eligible applicants must be one of the following: - Legal persons under Section 2(2)(a) of the Slovak Commercial Code - Non-profit organizations per Slovak Act No 213/1997 - Civic associations under Act No 83/1990 - Interest associations of legal persons under § 20f–§ 20j of Slovak Civil Code **Additional conditions:** - Entities must be registered in the Slovak Republic at the time of application and have approved financial statements for the last completed accounting period. - Legal entities registered in other EU Member States (except public sector organizations) may apply if they establish an organizational unit registered in the Slovak Commercial Register by the time of grant contract signing.
