Description
The Evarts A. Graham Memorial Traveling Fellowship, established by the American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AATS), is designed to advance the training and leadership development of promising early-career cardiothoracic surgeons from outside North America. The fellowship provides immersive educational experiences, mentorship, and opportunities for clinical observation, consultation, teaching, and research at leading North American institutions. Each year, two fellowships are awarded—one in cardiac surgery and one in thoracic surgery. The program aims to foster future international leaders in thoracic surgery, expand global professional networks, and enhance standards in cardiothoracic care.
