    Description

This funding opportunity from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Arms Control and Nonproliferation (Office of the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund, ACN/NDF) seeks proposals from eligible organizations to provide comprehensive event management support for the 2027 Multilateral Action on Sensitive Technologies (MAST) Plenary. The MAST Plenary is a key international forum for countries that produce and supply sensitive technologies, aiming to coordinate safeguards against the diversion, misuse, or exploitation of technologies with weapons of mass destruction (WMD) potential.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, logistics, and execution of multiple events at the Harry S. Truman Building, including attendee and speaker coordination, venue setup, catering, security coordination, materials preparation, and post-event reporting. The project supports the U.S. government’s efforts to prevent the proliferation of WMD and related delivery systems, promote multilateral cooperation, and strengthen international safeguards on sensitive technologies.
