    Description

This forecasted cooperative agreement from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) aims to sustain and advance global health security efforts in Kenya. Building on over four decades of CDC collaboration with the Government of Kenya, this program will fund projects that strengthen public health systems, improve epidemic prevention, enable early detection of health threats, and support rapid, effective responses to public health emergencies. The initiative aligns with US government priorities in global health, including HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, immunizations, influenza, and emerging infectious diseases, with a strong focus on implementation science and capacity-building in Kenya.
