--- ## Description This opportunity funds community-based treatment programs that serve youth under age 18 who have substance use disorders (SUD) and/or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders (MHSUD), and who have come into contact with the justice system or are at high risk of such contact. The goal is to increase access to effective, cross-system treatment and support services to address these needs, prevent further justice system involvement, and improve youth outcomes.
