Description
The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF), in partnership with NOAA, seeks a qualified facilitator to plan and lead a pivotal meeting for the Fisheries Communication Network and Mapping Tools Implementation effort in the Gulf region. The selected contractor will coordinate with NFWF and NOAA staff to prepare for and facilitate an in-person or virtual/hybrid meeting that brings together NOAA staff, fishing industry representatives, modelers, data tool developers, and other stakeholders. The meeting aims to develop a shared vision for implementing voluntary, technology-supported fisheries communication networks to advance fisheries conservation and species restoration following the Deepwater Horizon spill.
The facilitator will be responsible for pre-meeting outreach, agenda development, and guiding discussions during the meeting to foster understanding and actionable outcomes around data sharing, technology needs, and restoration goals.
