Description
The Illinois Leadership Center (ILC) Faculty Fellows program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign brings together faculty from diverse disciplines who are passionate about advancing leadership research and education. Each year, up to four fellows are selected to receive funding and join a collaborative interdisciplinary cohort focused on leadership theory, research, and educational innovation. The program aims to foster new knowledge, encourage innovative projects, and support the professional growth of faculty dedicated to leadership studies.
