Description
The Illinois Leadership Center Faculty Fellows program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) is designed to foster interdisciplinary research and innovation in leadership education. Each year, up to four faculty members from across the university are selected as fellows and receive discretionary funding to support their scholarly activities related to leadership. The program encourages projects ranging from emotional intelligence development and organizational adaptation to public pedagogy and AI integration in education. Fellows join a vibrant community of leadership scholars, contributing to the advancement of leadership theory, practice, and education at UIUC.
