    Description

The Faculty Institute is an 18-month, interdisciplinary professional learning program designed to help faculty at coalition-member colleges and universities build students’ skills in civil discourse, critical thinking, and collaboration across differences. The experience begins with a 2.5-day in-person convening and continues with virtual sessions, expert-led workshops, peer coaching, and access to practical resources. Participants leave with a redesigned course or campus workshop and a network of peers dedicated to advancing open, collaborative campus cultures.
