The Community Development Advocacy Grants, administered by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), are designed to empower state and local REALTOR® associations to address local challenges and drive positive change in their communities. The program provides funding for initiatives that foster community development, expand affordable and fair housing opportunities, enhance placemaking, address rural issues, and advance smart growth principles. Through three levels of grant support, associations can access resources for education, outreach, coalition building, and implementation of impactful solutions that strengthen neighborhoods and reinforce the real estate industry’s role in community progress.
