This program is designed to support innovative extension approaches and collaborative efforts that maintain and expand the publicly available national farm financial management database (FINBIN). The goal is to strengthen the ability of farmers, ranchers, and producers to develop and apply farm business management knowledge and skills, addressing the priorities of the USDA and meeting the multifaceted challenges facing U.S. agriculture and food systems. Projects are expected to be timely, strategic, creative, and multidisciplinary, fostering cross-disciplinary education and solutions for production agriculture.
