There are two types of cooperative agreements available:
Type 1 Agreement: Supports national-level training for farmworker communities across rural areas in multiple states and territories. This award focuses on delivering the required EPA-approved WPS training for agricultural workers and pesticide handlers.
Type 2 Agreement: Supports a subaward program where the primary recipient distributes funds to other organizations for local or regional education and outreach projects. These projects supplement or reinforce WPS requirements and address agricultural pesticide safety topics relevant to specific areas.
The program does not require cost sharing or matching funds.
