Description
The Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL) offers this grant with Library Services and Technology Act funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. It helps Oklahoma public libraries and library systems strengthen collections by purchasing printed materials and processing supplies.
Participating libraries also complete virtual training in collection development practices, including weeding, acquisitions, cataloging basics, and processing. The program aims to help libraries build collections that are current, well maintained, and responsive to community needs.
