Description
The Field Initiated Projects Program (Research) is designed to support research that generates new knowledge or develops innovative methods, products, procedures, or technologies to maximize the inclusion, employment, independent living, family/caregiver support, and economic self-sufficiency of people with disabilities. Projects must identify specific hypotheses or research questions and undertake systematic, intensive studies to produce new scientific knowledge or a deeper understanding of relevant issues. This program prioritizes research benefiting individuals with the greatest support needs. Note: This specific announcement is for research projects; a separate call will be issued for development projects.
