The Cooperating Technical Partners (CTP) Program, administered by FEMA under the Department of Homeland Security, funds eligible organizations to collaboratively develop and maintain flood hazard data and maps for communities. The goal is to increase public awareness of flood risk, support local floodplain management decisions, and advance the objectives of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). For FY 2026, the program in Region 10 will prioritize completing existing mapping projects rather than initiating new studies. Eligible projects include Flood Risk Projects (FRP), Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) activities, and Project Management (PM); communications outreach and special projects are not eligible this cycle.
