The Fiscal Year 2026 Homeland Security National Training Program (HSNTP) Continuing Training Grants (CTG) aim to strengthen national preparedness by supporting the development and delivery of FEMA-certified training for state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) emergency responders.
