The Bureau of Justice Assistance, part of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs, administers this opportunity through the Bridging Immigration-Related Deficits Experienced Nationwide (BIDEN) Reimbursement Fund. The fund supports law enforcement activities involving people who have committed crimes under federal, state, or local law and are unlawfully present in the United States, as well as efforts to combat drug and human trafficking.
