Description
This opportunity, administered by the Department of the Interior’s Office of Subsistence Management, funds Alaska Native and rural nonprofit organizations to increase their capacity to participate in Federal subsistence fishery management. Funding supports positions such as biologists, social scientists, outreach coordinators, and educators, as well as student engagement through science camps and paid internships.
