This professional development program is designed for U.S. college and university faculty and administrators seeking to strengthen global leadership and international education at their home institutions. The initiative combines a 10-week online certificate course in International Education Leadership, a mentored campus-based project, and a 12-day Overseas Faculty Development Seminar in Cambodia (scheduled for June 2027, hosted by the Center for Khmer Studies).
