    Description

    This professional development program is designed for U.S. college and university faculty and administrators who wish to enhance their leadership in international education. The program consists of a 10-week online certificate course in International Education Leadership, followed by a 10-12 day Overseas Faculty Development Seminar in Cambodia, hosted by the Center for Khmer Studies. Participants will engage in coursework on global education models, develop and implement a campus-based internationalization project with mentor guidance, and immerse themselves in Cambodian history, society, and culture through lectures, site visits, and collaboration with local scholars. The program aims to empower educators to internationalize their home institutions and integrate Southeast Asian perspectives into curricula.
