Description
This opportunity will fund a single national Foster Parents Network Analytics Hub (HUB) to advance the "A Home for Every Child" initiative. The HUB will provide states with advanced analytics tools, technical assistance, and a secure platform integrated with state child welfare data systems (SACWIS/CCWIS). Its mission is to help states systematically analyze, manage, and improve their foster parent networks, with the goal of ensuring more foster homes than children in need by 2029. The HUB will develop standardized measures, support data integration, and disseminate best practices, focusing on recruitment, retention, placement stability, and capacity management.
