--- ## Description This opportunity, administered by the U.S. Mission to India, seeks proposals for cooperative agreements to design, administer, and implement large-scale, innovative public engagement activities throughout India. These activities will be part of the Freedom 250 Public Engagement Initiative, aiming to highlight the historical legacy of American excellence, U.S. innovation and leadership, and to celebrate the enduring cultural, economic, and strategic partnership between the United States and India.
