    Description

The Tides Frontline Justice Fund provides financial support to grassroots, frontline organizations working to protect communities from the impacts of climate disasters and from threats posed by new or expanding oil pipelines, mines, petrochemical plants, and other hazardous projects. The fund is designed to empower groups leading environmental litigation, regulatory action, and advocacy, particularly those representing communities that have historically faced systemic barriers to power and resources. Funding is available for both legal and non-legal costs, including organizing, communications, technical expertise, and capacity building. The initiative aims to ensure resources directly benefit those most affected by environmental harm and to strengthen broader movements for environmental justice and community power.
