Description
The Cotsen Traveling Fellowship is a short-term research grant offered annually by the American School of Classical Studies at Athens (ASCSA) in honor of Lloyd E. Cotsen. This fellowship is intended for Ph.D. holders and graduate students whose research projects require access to the extensive collections of the Gennadius Library in Athens. Fellows are expected to reside in Athens for at least one month during the academic year (September–June), actively participate in the scholarly community of the Gennadius Library and the ASCSA, and submit a final report at the end of their tenure. Fellows are also expected to provide copies of any resulting publications to the Gennadius Library.
