The Fulbright-NATO Security Studies Award is part of the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program, aiming to foster understanding of NATO and enhance debate on peace, security, and defense issues. The award supports post-doctoral researchers, professors, and professionals from NATO member countries (excluding the U.S.) to conduct research and/or lecture at a U.S. institution for three months. Eligible disciplines include, but are not limited to, cybersecurity, military history, nuclear disarmament, non-proliferation, peace and security, security studies, and transatlantic studies. The program encourages international scholarly exchange and seeks candidates who will have a multiplier effect in their communities upon return.
