The Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Award supports U.S. colleges and universities in bringing international scholars to their campuses for one semester or a full academic year. Scholars primarily teach undergraduate courses in their areas of expertise, provide cross-cultural perspectives, and contribute to curriculum and program development. The program aims to broaden global studies, foster interdisciplinary offerings, and enhance international cooperation both within academic institutions and the broader community. Scholars are also expected to participate in seminars, serve as resources in professional programs, assist in course development, and engage in campus and community activities such as lectures, workshops, and outreach.
